As we each move through our own journeys to understand our place in the world and what we have to offer, I’ve come to realize where my passions lie and continue to make sense of where they may lead. Over the last 10 years, I’ve identified the pillars I want to keep building on: Middle Eastern art, community, events, programming, technology, storytelling, wellbeing, and giving back.
I’m a firm believer in bringing people together through shared moments — and one of the most beautiful ways to do that is by celebrating and embracing culture. This has been a constant in my life. Having moved to the U.S. at a young age, the experience of sudden displacement made the search for belonging and identity all the more important. When I began to reflect on what I’m most proud of from our region, I kept coming back to one thing: the power of expression in its most raw and honest form — something not always nurtured where we come from. It's in the courage, vulnerability, and truth of that expression that I find meaning. Art gives us the space to share those stories with the world, to pause, and to see the deeper layers behind larger narratives.
I’m currently the VIP Relations Manager at Art Dubai, the leading art fair in the region. Previously, I worked at Emergeast — the first online gallery for MENA artists — as Digital Content Manager, where I spoke with CNN Arabic about our digital-first initiatives. I’ve also completed internships at The Atlantic (Brand Marketing & Insights) and Finch+Partners, and designed for grassroots projects like the Mind the Mind campaign. I’m passionate about continuing to grow my work in visual storytelling and brand building.
I graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. There, I held leadership roles across creative organizations, including as Creative Director for Georgetown Disruptive Tech and the Arab Society, and Marketing Head for the Senior Class Fund — leading rebranding efforts for all three. I was invited to speak at The Hill’s “Aspirations: Arab Youth and the Modern Dream” panel in D.C., and also contributed to The Hoya’s Arts & Culture section as a writer.
I also curate content on my blog and Instagram @arabworldart, a growing platform with almost 10K followers dedicated to highlighting Arab artists and encouraging cross-cultural dialogue and understanding.
