Hello! I am passionate about all the ways technology empowers the creative economy.
My experience includes working at Art Dubai, as the VIP Relations Coordinator, working with the first online gallery of the MENA region, Emergeast, as the Digital Content Manager. I also previously worked as the Marketing Coordinator for IrisGuard, interned at The Atlantic with the Brand Marketing & Insights team, Marketing intern Finch+Partners, and a freelance Graphic Designer. I aspire to continue developing my passion for visual creative storytelling and brand building.
I am a firm believer in the Web3 movement and its power in democratizing the Internet. I am especially interested in how NFTs are changing the lives of digital artists, providing new opportunities for both creative mediums and new forms of collecting to emerge as discussed in my interview with CNN Arabic.
I am a graduate of Georgetown University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. During my time there, I held numerous leadership positions in the creative field. I was the Creative Director of Georgetown Disruptive Tech, Creative Director of the Arab Society, and Marketing head of the Senior Class Fund - as well as leading the rebranding initiatives for all three clubs. I was invited as a panelist at The Hill's discussion in D.C. on the 'Aspirations: Arab Youth and the Modern Dream'. I was also a journalist for The Hoya newspaper and published a number of articles in the Arts & Culture section.
I curate content on my art blog and Instagram @arabworldart, with over 5K followers that aims to promote works of Arab artists to encourage dialogue and understanding across borders and between cultures.
